Aside from the fact that we don’t round-up seconds into minutes when we bill our clients (see question no. 3 if you’ve missed it!), we offer a slew of other helpful services for a much lower price compared to our competitors, such as a dedicated virtual receptionist team feature, voicemail transcription, usage alerts, even the accommodation of our clients’ personal requests, and so much more!

Am I billed separate from my pool of minutes for outbound calls placed by the Receptionist?
