Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.
To forward all calls, follow these steps:
- From the Home screen, select Menu.
- Scroll to and select Settings.
- Scroll to and select Call Settings.
- Scroll to and select Call Forwarding.
- Select Voice Calls.
- Select All Voice Calls.
- Select Activate.
- Choose the desired option:
- Forward to another number
- Select To New Number.
- Enter the number, select Options, and then select Done. Select OK.
- Forward to another number
